These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and services provided by NV Educational Consultancy & Recruiting Services e.K., trading as NV Consulting ("NV Consulting", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting a contact request, booking an appointment, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
NV Consulting provides consultancy and support services in areas including, but not limited to:
- International Education Consultancy
- university, course, and country selection support
- visa-related guidance and preparation
- blocked account guidance
- scholarship guidance
- career guidance
- recruitment-related support
- applicant support through digital tools, forms, and communication channels
The exact scope of services depends on the package, arrangement, or communication agreed with the client in each individual case.
2. No Guarantee of Outcome
NV Consulting provides consultancy, administrative support, and guidance only.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, NV Consulting does not guarantee:
- admission to any university or educational institution
- visa approval
- scholarship approval
- employment placement
- blocked account approval
- appointment availability
- immigration approval
- or any other third-party decision or outcome
Final decisions are made solely by the relevant third parties, including but not limited to universities, embassies, consulates, employers, language schools, scholarship bodies, and financial institutions.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide complete, accurate, and truthful information
- submit valid and genuine documents only
- review all information before submission
- comply with deadlines communicated by NV Consulting or third parties
- keep your login credentials confidential
- promptly inform us of any changes to your contact details, academic background, employment history, passport details, or application status
You are solely responsible for the consequences of false, incomplete, misleading, forged, expired, or inconsistent information or documents.
4. Accounts and Website Access
Certain parts of the website or platform may require account registration or login.
If you create an account, you are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date
- all activities carried out through your account, unless caused by our fault
We may suspend or disable accounts if we reasonably believe that:
- false information has been provided
- these Terms have been violated
- unlawful or abusive use has occurred
- account security has been compromised
- continued access may create legal, operational, or security risks
5. Appointments and Communication
Appointments, consultations, and service-related communications may take place by email, phone, WhatsApp, video call, website forms, or other agreed communication channels.
Booking an appointment or sending an enquiry does not automatically create a full service contract unless this is separately agreed.
We may reschedule appointments where reasonably necessary. You should notify us as early as possible if you cannot attend a scheduled appointment.
6. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Some services may be offered free of charge, while others may be fee-based.
Where a paid service is agreed, the applicable fee, payment terms, and scope of service will be communicated separately by invoice, quotation, agreement, or written confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- fees for services already performed are non-refundable
- third-party fees are non-refundable once incurred
- government, embassy, university, courier, translation, certification, blocked-account, test, or other external fees are not included unless expressly stated
- refunds are not available where a negative outcome results from third-party decisions outside our control
If a client withdraws after work has already begun, NV Consulting may charge for the work already completed and for any committed external costs.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve or refer to third-party providers, including educational institutions, employers, banks, blocked-account providers, translators, courier services, software providers, or public authorities.
NV Consulting is not responsible for:
- third-party delays
- changes in admission criteria
- visa or immigration decisions
- policy changes
- system outages
- appointment availability
- external service failures
- the acts or omissions of third parties
Any contractual relationship with a third-party provider is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.
8. Acceptable Use
When using our website, platform, forms, or communication channels, you must not:
- provide false or misleading information
- upload forged, manipulated, unlawful, or infringing content
- misuse forms, logins, or technical features
- interfere with website security or functionality
- attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data
- use the website for unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful purposes
We reserve the right to restrict access, suspend services, or take further action where necessary.
9. Intellectual Property

In all other cases, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract and only where caused by a breach of essential contractual obligations.
We are not liable for:
- third-party decisions or actions
- indirect or consequential losses
- lost opportunities
- delays caused by external institutions
- client errors, omissions, or document issues
- temporary unavailability of the website or digital services
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not legally permitted.
11. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an important part of your use of our website and services.
12. Changes to the Website or Services
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, platform, or services at any time where reasonably necessary, especially for technical, security, legal, or operational reasons.
